Return & Refund Policy

At Rollada Tie Dye, each piece is handmade and often made to order. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.


Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under EU law, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • Made-to-order items
  • Custom or personalized products

As most of our items are handmade upon order, they are exempt from the standard withdrawal right.


Exceptions (Eligible Claims)

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong item

Reporting an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund, depending on the situation

Custom & Personalized Orders

For custom and personalized orders, we may provide a preview (photo or video) of the item before shipping.

Production is considered approved once the customer confirms satisfaction with the preview.

After approval:

  • The item will be shipped
  • No returns or refunds will be accepted

Please note:

  • Custom orders are produced in a queue system
  • Each order is completed in the order it was received
  • If changes are requested after production, the item must be remade, and the order will return to the end of the production queue

By approving the preview, the customer confirms that the product meets their expectations.

Each piece is hand-dyed and unique — variations in color, pattern, intensity, and placement are part of the design and are not considered defects
